HOW A BUILD RUNS
Five steps. You get a date before we start, a link you can watch fill in as we go, and someone looking after it every month once it's live.
-
01
Week one
We talk
A call, and then some homework on our side. You tell us what you sell and who buys it; we go and look at what you've got now, what your competitors are doing, and where enquiries are being lost. We come back with what's actually costing you work — usually not what you expected.
-
02
Week one
We plan it
What pages you need, what goes on each one, and how the whole thing should feel. You see the structure and the wording direction before anyone designs a single screen, and nothing moves forward until you've signed it off.
-
03
Weeks two to three
We build it
You get a private link on the first day and watch the site fill in. Tell us what you think as we go rather than saving it all for the end — that is the whole point of working this way, and it's why things rarely need doing twice.
-
04
Launch day
We launch it
The site goes live on your own address, your Google listing goes up with it, and we go through every page and every form ourselves before we tell anyone it's there. Launch day should be quiet.

05
Every month after
We stay on it
This is where the monthly starts earning. We host it, watch it, back it up, patch it and make the small changes you ask for. Real visitors always do something you didn't predict, and the first month is when you find out what it is.
YOUR SIDE OF IT
Builds slip for one reason: waiting on things. Here's everything we'll ask you for, so you can have it ready.
One decision-maker
Someone who can say yes. Feedback by committee is the single biggest cause of a build running late.
What you sell
Your list, your specifications, your prices if they're public. A spreadsheet is fine — it doesn't need tidying first.
Photographs
Whatever you have of the real place, the real product and the real people. We'll tell you what's missing and what's worth reshooting.
Access
Your domain, and your existing site if there is one. We'll walk you through finding the logins if nobody remembers them.
START THE CLOCK
Step one is a conversation. It costs nothing and takes about half an hour.
