These terms apply to the public Respawn Culture sites at respawnculture.in and its subdomains, including the studio, watch demo, finance tool, Godworld, Voltaic and support chat. Buying products from the shop is also subject to its Terms of Sale, shipping policy and returns policy. A signed project agreement or written quote governs the website services it covers.

Using the sites

Use the sites lawfully and do not interfere with their operation, attempt unauthorised access, or submit harmful code or misleading requests. You are responsible for the information you provide through an enquiry, checkout, upload or chat. Do not send payment-card details or passwords in an enquiry or support message.

Content and demonstrations

Respawn Culture owns or licenses the site text, artwork, designs, game content and software, except for material identified as belonging to others. You may browse and share links for personal use. Please ask before copying, selling or reusing our content or code. The REVENANT RC-01 watch is a fictional demonstration and is not offered for sale.

Interactive tools and support

The finance dashboard calculates illustrations from information you enter or upload; check its results against your original documents before relying on them for a financial decision. Godworld and Voltaic are entertainment experiences, and locally saved progress may be lost if browser data is cleared. The support chat uses an AI assistant when available. Its replies can be inaccurate or incomplete; for an order or other important issue, contact our team at respawndripco@gmail.com.

Jarvis digital app orders

Jarvis is shown on the Our work page at ₹999 for Apple silicon Macs. After you pay by UPI and submit the order form, we check the payment reference and email the download link and setup instructions, usually the same day. If we cannot verify the payment, need more details, or cannot deliver the app, contact respawndripco@gmail.com or +91 94637 49883 with your transaction reference so we can resolve it. For cancellation, refund or a problem with the app, contact us at the same address; we will assess the request under applicable law. We never need your UPI PIN or OTP.

Availability and links

We may maintain, change or pause a site or feature. Links and embedded content supplied by other services are governed by those services’ terms. We are not responsible for their content or availability.

Legal rights

We provide public site content and tools as available. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer rights. Indian law applies to these terms.
